What happens during a routine check-up?

We examine your teeth, gums and bite, looking for early signs of decay, wear or gum disease. You’ll get clear explanations throughout, and we’ll only recommend treatment if it’s genuinely needed.

How often should I have a check-up?

Most patients benefit from a visit every 6 to 12 months. We’ll suggest a personalised schedule based on your oral health, habits and any previous treatments.

How long does a check-up take?

Usually 15–20 minutes. If you have specific concerns, we’ll take more time to address them properly.

Will the appointment be uncomfortable?

No. Check-ups are quick, gentle and non-invasive. If there’s anything you’re worried about, tell us — we tailor the experience to your comfort.

Is there anything I should bring or prepare?

Just let us know about any recent changes, discomfort, or concerns. If you’re a new patient, a list of medications is helpful but not required.
